Dan Mance

Dan brings over twenty-four years of successful leadership in the broadcast television industry to his role as CEO of Dejero. He has previously served as Vice President Digital Media & CTO of Harris Broadcast, CTO of Leitch Technology and CEO and Founder of Inscriber Technology Corporation. Dan maneuvered Inscriber from a one-person technology start-up to a company of 120 persons with over 100,000 installations in over 110 countries. The success of that endeavor culminated in the acquisition of Inscriber by Leitch Technology - a Toronto based global supplier of broadcast production and transmission equipment.   

 

Bogdan Frusina

Bogdan Frusina 

Bogdan draws on over 13 years as a technical innovator and entrepreneur in his role as Chief Technology Officer of Dejero.  Bogdan's technical insights have driven his founding of Unilogic Solutions Inc., Graystone Compression Technologies Inc. and Fleetware Corporation in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.  His diverse background includes experience at Research In Motion and Waterloo Maple Software.   

Bogdan founded Dejero in 2008 after two years experience with news reporters and observering the  challenges they face and the limitations of the technology they deployed. His knowledge of cellular technology and live news reporting needs, led to the creation of the Dejero LIVE Platform.

 

Ron Neumann

Ron Neumann

Ron brings over twenty five years of successful technology management experience to the role of Executive Chairman of Dejero.  Before that he was the Entrepreneur in Residence at Communitech, helping dozens of companies grow significantly and acquire funding. Prior to that Ron was the founding President at SlipStream where he grew a highly profitable company with 2,000 customers in over 45 countries.  This company was sold to Research in Motion. Ron held other local positions as President at LivePage, (which was sold to Janna Systems) and was the founding President at Waterloo Maple, profitably growing it from a start-up to over 50 people. He has also held senior positions at Cebra (the electronic commerce division of the The Bank of Montreal), Tallgrass Technologies and MicroWare Distribution.
