As 2025 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on a year defined by innovation, bold storytelling, and transformative partnerships that expanded what’s possible in mission‑critical connectivity. From global trade shows to groundbreaking collaborations, Dejero continued to empower creators, broadcasters, and public safety teams with technology that performs when it matters most.
Live from the world’s biggest broadcast stages
Our presence at both NAB Show and IBC proved that live demonstrations are the most powerful way to showcase reliability in action.
At NAB, our team didn’t just talk about connectivity, we put it to the test on the Las Vegas Strip. Our team pulled off live demos in the desert heat, showcasing our Smart Blending Technology™, alongside our EnGo and GateWay devices. We even managed to navigate congested city networks while broadcasting from a moving golf cart!
A few months later, at IBC 2025 in Amsterdam, we partnered with Eutelsat to unveil The Ultra‑Portable Journalist of the Future. The demonstration featured the EnGo 3x working seamlessly with Eutelsat’s LEO satellite constellation to deliver multi‑camera 4K streaming and real‑time content distribution. Together, we proved how journalists can operate independently with a single ultra‑portable unit, reshaping the future of field production.
Powering Next‑Generation Mobility
Beyond broadcast, Dejero advanced mission‑critical connectivity for transportation and public safety.
The Ontario government, through Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network OVIN, invested in our collaboration with Cyberkar Systems and Nomad GCS to accelerate next-generation fleet connectivity innovation. This initiative is developing vehicle‑based technologies that keep operators and communities connected, even in the most demanding conditions.
Critical Connections: Stories That Inspire
Our Critical Connections series, which debuted in January 2025, continued to spark important conversations about connectivity, technology, and the innovators driving change.
- Ep. 3: Bringing Remote Productions to Life with John Castillo, Scratch Takes revealed how live production teams overcome real‑world challenges to keep streams alive in unpredictable environments.
- Ep. 6: From Fear of AI Innovation to How Tech Is Transforming Public Safety explored the evolving role of AI in emergency response, featuring experts from Microsoft, Hexagon, and Dejero.
- Ep. 2: Securing Borders with Connectivity with Chief David Aguilar provided insights into how modern technology is transforming operations for law enforcement and national security agencies.
Live Demos that Pushed the Limits
Our most‑watched live session, Mastering Connectivity for Emergency Response, featured our Rory McCabe hiking Colorado’s Apex Mountain Park while demonstrating how Dejero’ Smart Blending Technology maintained flawless video transmission in one of the region’s most connectivity‑challenged environments. When every second counts, our solutions deliver.
Looking Ahead
This year reinforced a fundamental truth: progress happens when technology meets purpose. Whether broadcasting from the desert, coordinating fleet operations, or helping first responders save lives, Dejero’s mission remains unchanged—connectivity that never quits.
As we enter 2026, we’re building on this momentum with exciting new innovations, expanded partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to keeping the world connected.
Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to an even more connected 2026!
