Christine Vigna, Chief People Officer, joined Dejero in 2016 and is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience spanning the not-for-profit, regulatory, and technology sectors. She leads the company’s global people strategy, technical customer support function, and corporate governance programs. Christine is known for influencing company-wide success through well-aligned business strategy and human-centered practices, building high-performing teams, and driving culture, performance, and operational excellence.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, and maintains her Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations.
