Dejero is thrilled to announce that it has been recognized by Great Place to Work® as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Hybrid Work for 2022. In order to be eligible for this award, organizations must be both Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the past year and have workplace programs and practices that support and enable hybrid work.

We’re proud to announce that Dejero has been designated as the FirstNet Innovator of the Month for January 2022! This achievement acknowledges Dejero’s innovation in developing technology solutions that provide the resilient connectivity needed for critical communications. Our GateWay M6E6F and GateWay 211 are both FirstNet Ready® and available for use on FirstNet.

For the fourth consecutive year, Dejero has been recognized by Great Place to Work® on their list of Best Workplaces™ in Technology. In order to qualify for this award, organizations must be Great Place to Work™ Certified in the past year, and work primarily in the technology industry. The best workplaces are then determined based on employee responses to their Trust Index Survey.

Canadian HR Reporter has named Dejero as a recipient of the 2021 Best Places to Work award. This award assessed our company’s employee satisfaction through internal surveys, which required an overall satisfaction rating of at least 80% to be eligible.

We’re honoured to announce that Dejero has been recognized by Talent Canada as the very first Gold Winner of the 2022 Psychologically Safe Workplace Awards. These awards recognize which workplaces are psychologically safe by assessing their employee responses to the Mental Fitness Index (MFI) from Howatt HR.

Dejero’s CEO, Bruce Anderson, won the KPMG Award for Canadian HR Champion (CEO) at the 2021 Canadian HR Awards. This award recognizes Bruce’s outstanding achievements and contributions in Human Resource Management; through his leadership over the past year, he has shown a commitment to Dejero’s HR function, put people first, and contributed to the workplace culture and values.
