Dejero’s Exciting Product Announcement at Mobile World Congress 2024

For many tech companies, if you have an important announcement to make, the annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) is the place to make it. This year, it took place from February 26-29 in Barcelona where approximately 85,000 people from around the world were reported to have been in attendance. This exhibition is considered one of the largest and most influential events for the connectivity industry, so MWC was the perfect opportunity for Dejero to make an exciting announcement – the launch of the new GateWay 3220 device powered by Dell Technologies.

“We are really excited about this product advancement with Dell,” said Dejero’s founder, Bogdan Frusina. “Our customers in the mobile and telecoms world can now count on ‘always on’, resilient connectivity for their infrastructure, which is critical for the end device and customer.”

Developed in collaboration with Dell Technologies, the GateWay 3220 is a compact, ruggedized and fanless mobile network aggregation device. It’s available for a wide range of applications, including fleet connectivity, first response, government, utilities, smart cities, connected homes and enterprise.

“The ecosystem of technology providers is quite vast so it’s incredibly important for companies to work together and collaborate to enable next generation solutions like Edge, AI, 5G and the future of technology,” explains Dejero’s Global Director of Business Development, Jehan Karim. “The ability to connect the critical information and deliver it to the cloud and to the customer applications is paramount. I think we enable that quite significantly in these critical markets.”

The new GateWay 3220 integrates Dejero’s award-winning Smart Blending Technology™, delivering the connection diversity, redundancy, and continuity that mission and business-critical applications depend on for live video and data. This patented technology simultaneously blends multiple IP networks from multiple providers for enhanced reliability, expanded coverage, and greater bandwidth from even the most challenging and remote environments.

This development demonstrates Dejero is moving to the next-generation of telecommunications technology to enable the next level of edge networks and communications.

The positive response shown by visitors to the Dell Technologies booth and at the Ontario Pavilion, where the device was being demoed, underlines a hunger for reliable connectivity across many sectors.

From MWC to IWCE

Now that MWC is over, Dejero is preparing for another important event, the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) in Orlando from March 25 – 28.

The device will be showcased across various partner booths at IWCE including Verizon Frontline, Graybar, 3am and Hypha. Attendees can also visit the Dejero booth, #606.
